At the moment the volcano is in a quiet phase and presents cyclical Strombolian-type activities from the South East crater that last a few hours. During this period excursions up to about 2900 meters and to the summit areas are active, except for civil protection safety provisions.

Our team arranges excursions with overnight stays on the volcano in a tent or in a mountain hut. Watching Sunset and Sunrise at 3000 mt!
